MODERN EASE AND COMFORT WITHIN A LUSH, HISTORIC LANDSCAPE.

Located in the Wharf District of Morgantown WV, overlooking the Monongahela River it is easy to understand why this property was so well-loved in the community. A project scope consisting of a full renovation to all 207 guest rooms and suites, including the addition of an M-Club we were also tasked with creating a custom experience for the public areas including a full-service restaurant, lounge and meeting space, a fitness area, indoor pool, and outdoor patio space.

Guests are greeted with a sense of modern authenticity as they take in the volume of the back wall upon check-in, showcasing an impressive 18-foot high bespoke design of oversized, pressed leaves and other flora found in the region. Accompanying this eye-catching delight is an assemble of natural materials, artfully woven together in contrasting tones of deep navy and walnut brown which pay homage to the lush forests and deep rivers cascading in the backdrop.
