The Story

A NATURAL EXPRESSION OF URBAN MODERNITY.

With the hotel located a stone’s throw away from Seattle just over Lake Washington, its location is perfect for exploring Seattle and escaping to many of the nearby State Parks. Our focus within the project was to create a custom experience within all public areas, including the lower drive-up lobby, registration, bar, lounge, AC Kitchen, outdoor patio, fitness room, and meeting space.

Guests are greeted with a breathtaking 20 foot high live green wall flourishing against an artfully crafted, floating glass staircase. Once on the main level guests take in the vast space showcasing skillfully curated moments of modern elegance which capture the signature European aesthetic, personified in the AC Hotel Brand. Warm wood tones, saturated pops of color and detailed design elements all serve to pay tribute to both the rich urban and local landscape.
